We understand the need for a listening ear and believe that clients are the experts on their own lives and are able to determine the direction and pace of therapy. Our approach is respectful and non-blaming.
With you, we will explore your story and work to find new possibilities. We sees our role as supporting people to identify their strengths, clarify beliefs and values and develop ways to overcome what is troubling them.
Both therapists have Masters degrees in Counselling and work with a range of theories and tools.
We will work with you, using the approach that you are most comfortable with.
Diane has an interest in approaches that look in depth at how we have come to be where we are in life, and how we might harness our inner potential to become who we are meant to be.
Ann has experience in working with young adults and neurodivergence.
